Q. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges for each product are mentioned in the description. All delivery charges are inclusive of packaging costs as well. 

Q. Do you have COD?

You can make payment through Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa and share it with us through Whatsapp at following number: 0092 333 6105454

We give COD only when we are delivering through our company truck 

Q.What is your Return or Exchange policy?

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery in order to return or exchange any item, delivery charges will not be taken care of by Natasha homes. 

For customised orders, we cannot accept return or exchanges.

Q. Are sizes customisable?

Yes, almost all of our products are available to be ordered on customised sizes.

Q. Can I order something if it’s out of stock?

Yes, all items that are out of stock can be made on order with a wait time of 3-6 weeks depending of the nature and size of that specific product. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time for items that are available in stock is 8-14 days.

Q. Which delivery service do you use?

We deliver through TCS, each product is carefully packed by our team, labelled for fragility and then dispatched through TCS. Some orders, depending on the nature of item and location of delivery, are dispatched through company truck.

Natasha Homes is a company that is a fusion of different places in Pakistan, however we are based online.
